Functional Fitness for Older Adults

This six-week program was designed specifically with older adults in mind. This 45 minute class will help you build strength, maintain bone density and improve your balance (reduce risk of falling and maintain the independence of performing activities in daily life). This is a highly effective exercise program based on safe and simple strength training.
