How to Ferment (almost) Everything (Drinks)!

This is a 3 week course that will go through how to ferment a variety of different fermented food and drinks from cultures all over the world, along with a few invented by the instructor, Samuel Pike, himself. Starting with week one you will learn the basics of fermenting and food safety, and how to make Kombucha. Every week after will build on and expand these foundational skills, while also introducing new ones. By the end you will be able to confidently make Kombucha, Water Kefir, Tepache, Kvass, "Wild Sodas", and more!
