Beginner Adult Karate

This course is designed to show you, the new student, a look at the matrial art of the Japanese and shome of the other martial arts that Ryan Sensei has trained in as well. The physical activity level is set at your leverl so if you have been afraid to do martial arts because of the physical level this activity is for you. Functional Fitness for Older Adults

This six-week program was designed specifically with older adults in mind. This 45 minute class will help you build strength, maintain bone density and improve your balance (reduce risk of falling and maintain the independence of performing activities in daily life). This is a highly effective exercise program based on safe and simple strength training.

Get Golf Ready Beginner

Learn the fun and relaxing sport of golf.  This six week clinic will cover short game, long game, golf course etiquette and rules, with the goal of making you comfortable on the course.  Students should have their own clubs.
