SQUARE DANCE LESSONS

If you can walk you can square dance. It’s time to erase the old image you might have of square dancing. Today’s dancing is done to great music from the best of modern music, including Country, Rock, and Pop. Each week the Caller will start out with a review of the previous lesson and then add new dance calls and patterns. You will learn three or four new calls each week and by the end of the 13th week you will have learned 51 basic calls. Square dancing is a fun and healthy exercise. You’ll meet new people, laugh and have fun dancing.
YOGA for Abundant Bodies & Beginner Yogis Session II

Inclusive yoga – yoga for EVERY body. This class will introduce students to all aspects of yoga, providing information beyond the poses. The goal of this class is to provide an achievable, safe vinyasa flow for students with larger bodies in order to promote strength, flexibility and balance - both physically and mentally. Self-acceptance is promoted. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
